What capacities can you accommodate? +
MDR Theater: ~44–50 guests · Zen Oasis: up to 50 · Club Lounge: 12–14. Spaces can be combined for private estate flow depending on the program.
Do you provide dining and bar service? +
Yes. Choose from seated dinners, curated buffets, or hors d’oeuvres. Bar programs can be hosted, hybrid, or cash, featuring our Custom Collection cocktails and select wines/spirits.
Service locations: Lobby/Reception, MDR Theater, Club Lounge, and Zen Oasis.
Can we include a Mystic Dark Room performance? +
Absolutely—performances can be integrated based on our seasonal repertory and production calendar. We’ll advise on timing and flow for your event.
What’s the booking window and availability like? +
High-demand dates fill quickly. Weeknights and select Sundays typically offer the most flexibility. Submit an inquiry to confirm your preferred date.
Is the venue adults-only? +
The environment is designed for adults. Teens may be welcome at the host’s discretion; please ask us for guidance for your specific program.
Where are you located and is parking available? +
We’re in Mystic, Connecticut, minutes from the waterfront and Mystic Seaport. On-site parking is available for private events—share your guest count so we can plan accordingly.
Can we bring outside vendors or décor? +
We collaborate with select partner vendors and can evaluate outside requests case-by-case to protect the estate’s interiors and guest experience.
Do members receive benefits on rentals? +
Yes—Donors Club members receive 20% off venue rentals, lounge access, classes, and performance tickets, plus priority scheduling.
